Bye bye, bad meeting culture!

My responsibility is not only to achieve our goals but also to do it together with my team. A key factor for me is the meeting culture, which has worsened in the last few years. Since we've been holding our weekly 1:1 sessions as Feetings, we completely changed the game. It's incredible what it does to the vibe. We won't forget any essential parts by simply summarizing them through a "Hey Feeting..." voice command.

Liberate your meetings

"Progressing together" boosts the vibes and productivity in your meetings

In today's business world, bad meeting culture has become the norm. Meetings are often seen as a necessary evil, and they are often times where key decisions are made. However, these meetings can often be very unproductive, resulting in wasted time and frustrated employees. Feetings are a great way to improve meeting culture, as they naturally encourage a more positive vibe and more productive discussions. Managers use Feetings to help their employees be more effective and healthy.
Boost employee wellbeing

Build trust among your people and teams.

Feeting has many benefits, both for our physical and mental health. And when it comes to team building, Feetings are a great way to get everyone on the same page - literally. They promote team spirit by getting everyone out of the office and into the great outdoors, where they can bond over common interests and build trust. Feeting is also a great way to have more productive 1:1s, as it allows for easier and deeper conversations.
Increase productivity and creativity in your meetings

Reduce the sick-leave among your people

There's no doubt that the health of your employees is important. Not only does it lead to better productivity and results, but it also reduces sick leave. Feeting has numerous benefits, including increased energy, improved mood, and weight loss. Plus, it's an easy way to reach the recommended 10,000 steps per day. Feetings are a win-win for managers and employees alike. Employees get the exercise they need to stay healthy, and managers get more productive employees who are more likely to stick around. So next time you have a meeting, think about taking it on the move – your employees will thank you for it.
